●This series of machine tools have a flat-V guide rail structure, super audio quenching, HRC48 or above, good rigidity, can bear larger cutting force, good wear resistance, good guideway guiding accuracy, and good accuracy retention.
●The machine tool adopts a novel fly-cutter grooving mechanism and a milling head swing engraving quick-change structure. The series of new functional structures of the fly-cutter's transmission, positioning clamping, and support structure abandon the traditional worm gear structure used in the high-speed rotating fly-cutter transmission parts (in high-speed transmission, the worm gear is easily worn and failed, and the efficiency is low.) to achieve efficient and fast results. The fly-cutter structure processes transverse rib grooves, and the fly-cutter system has good support rigidity, stability, and reliability. The structure has obtained a national patent, and the machine tool has obtained 2 national patents.
●The fly-cutter support structure draws on the characteristics of the same type of machine tools in Italy. The support block is supported by an arc surface, which has a good support effect; the cutter arbor is fixed with a spring chuck nut; at the same time, a movable tip is used at the top of the cutter arbor to improve the support rigidity and accuracy of the cutter arbor. The fly-cutter has a reasonable structure, giving it high rigidity and high precision.
●The servo-driven fly-cutter transmission mechanism adopts pure gear transmission (6-level precision, grinding), which provides high transmission precision, high rigidity, and smoothness.
●The milling head spindle adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation electric spindle, with a power of 2.5KW and a maximum speed of 8000rpm. According to the needs of different materials, the appropriate rotation speed can be matched to complete the engraving needs. By removing the support structure of the fly-cutter, it can be converted into a milling head engraving mechanism, which is convenient and fast.
●The engraving milling head is supported by the latest rolling arc guide rail, which solves the rigidity problem of the milling head support and greatly improves the sensitivity and positioning accuracy in the rotation direction.
●The automatic programming software developed by our company and Siemens is embedded in the CNC system. You only need to input parameters such as roll diameter and specifications, and the crescent groove processing program and engraving program will be automatically edited and generated. The software reduces tedious programming work and improves processing efficiency. During the machining process, the handwheel insertion function can be used to adjust the cutting process at any time without stopping the machine, making it easier to set the tool.
