CNC Milling Flying Knife

It is mainly used for rotary fly milling of various transverse rib grooves of rollers and engraving and milling of characters, patterns, etc.
Equipped with a 5-axis CNC system, the flying cutter head and engraving and milling head are arranged side by side and controlled centrally. The operator only needs to complete the selection of simple processing modes on the CNC system, and the machine tool automatically realizes function conversion without manual mechanical conversion.

Workpiece material: It can process ordinary chilled cast iron rolls, high-nickel-chromium, medium-nickel-chromium composite rolls, high-speed steel rolls and tungsten carbide roll rings. 1. This series of machine tools all adopt an integral 4-rail bed structure, and the reference guide rails adopt integral super-audio quenching, which ensures the high rigidity, high precision, and stability of the entire machine. The rail guard is fully protective.
2. The flying knife spindle uses a large-diameter H40 spindle end, which can meet the requirements for processing 60mm contour ribs.
3. The engraving and milling head adopts a high-precision turntable bearing structure, which solves the rigidity problem of the milling head support and greatly improves the sensitivity and positioning accuracy in the rotation direction.
4. The engraving and milling spindle is directly driven by a stepless speed-adjustable electric spindle with a power of 2.2KW and a speed of 8000rpm. Can engrave characters on high-hardness materials.
5. The rotary flying milling head and the swing engraving and milling head are arranged side by side and controlled centrally.
