Equipped with a 6-axis high-end CNC system, six servo drives control the feed axes respectively. The flying cutter head and engraving and milling head are configured and controlled independently (no mechanical or electrical conversion is required). After the initial tool setting is completed, the flying cutter milling of transverse rib grooves and the engraving and milling of characters and patterns can be completed in one go.

1. This series of machine tools all adopt an integral 4-rail bed structure, and the reference guide rails adopt integral super-audio quenching, which ensures the high rigidity, high precision, and stability of the entire machine. The machine tool guide rails are fully protected by stainless steel guards, which effectively ensures the service life of the machine tool guide rails.
2. The roller ring adopts a tensioning sleeve assembly structure, which is convenient and fast. A tensioning mandrel is installed on the main shaft of the headstock. Set the roller ring onto the tensioning mandrel, and use an Allen wrench to tighten the locking screw at the end of the tensioning mandrel to complete the self-centering installation and tightening of the roll ring to be processed on the machine tool.
3. The transverse moving guide rail of the flying cutter milling head component is supported by high-precision heavy-duty linear cylindrical rolling guide rails. Ensure the high precision and high rigidity requirements of feed motion during flying knife machining.
The engraving and milling head adopts a high-precision turntable bearing structure, which solves the rigidity problem of the milling head support and greatly improves the sensitivity and positioning accuracy in the rotation direction. The milling head spindle adopts an electric spindle with variable frequency and step-less speed regulation, with a power of 2.2KW and a speed of 8000rpm. According to the needs of different materials, the appropriate rotation speed can be selected to complete the engraving needs (the rotation speed of the alloy engraving knife is 3000r/min, and the rotation speed of the CVD engraving knife is 7000r/min).
4. The rotary flying milling head and the swing engraving and milling head are independently configured and controlled (no mechanical or electrical conversion is required), and there is no interference with the functional components of the machine tool. The full stroke processing of the roll can be achieved with one clamping of the roll.
After completing the initial tool setting, the fully automatic one-step process of transverse rib groove flying knife milling and character and pattern engraving and milling can be completed at one time.
