1. The DK600 CNC roller end-cutting machine adopts an integral casting bed and plate structure. The main large parts such as columns are made of high-strength cast iron, and the dense ribs are reasonably distributed;
2. The bed saddle guide rail adopts a high-rigidity linear guide rail. It has good dynamic performance and can be used in conjunction with ball screws to greatly improve the processing accuracy and production efficiency of the equipment;
3. The three-axis servo motors are driven by high-end servo motors with high power and performance. The drive motor with strong torque is directly connected to the ball screw without any gap, making the rotation smooth and reliable, and improving the positioning accuracy;
4. The engraving and milling spindle unit is supported by the two rows and the last two rows of high-precision bearings. Ensure the axial and radial rigidity of the spindle, the surface processing quality, and the service life of the spindle. The stepless speed-adjustable spindle motor provides the rotational speed requirements for roll engraving and also ensures cutting efficiency.
5. The machine tool is equipped with automatic programming software, and the conversational operating system can automatically program the roll-end face engraving, which reduces the tedious programming work. Moreover, the optimized and generated processing program minimizes the idle feed time and improves cutting efficiency.
