The flying cutter head and engraving and milling head are configured and controlled independently (no mechanical or electrical conversion is required). After the initial tool setting is completed, the flying cutter milling of transverse rib grooves and the engraving and milling of characters and patterns can be completed in one go.

2. The transverse moving guide rail of the flying cutter milling head component is supported by high-precision heavy-duty linear cylindrical rolling guide rails. Ensure the high precision and high rigidity requirements of feed motion during flying knife machining.
3. The flying knife shaft transmission chain uses 6-level precision grinding gears to ensure that the tool trajectory executes the program instruction requirements of the CNC system, and eliminates hidden problems such as groove mismatch and broken blades caused by poor precision and rigidity of the transmission chain. defect. Its performance is particularly highlighted in the processing of small-sized tungsten carbide roller rings and high-hardness large-sized rolls.
4. The flying knife spindle uses a large-diameter H40 spindle end, which can meet the requirements for processing 60mm contour ribs.
5. The rotary flying milling head and the swing engraving and milling head are configured and controlled independently (no mechanical or electrical conversion is required), and there is no interference with the functional components of the machine tool. The full stroke processing of the roll can be achieved with one clamping of the roll.
After completing the initial tool setting, the automatic one-step process of transverse rib groove flying knife milling and character and pattern engraving and milling can be completed at one time.
6. The longitudinal and transverse linear motion axes of the machine tool are driven by high-precision ball screws to avoid the inaccuracy of gear and rack transmission. Under the automatic control of the CNC system, automatic movement and precise positioning from one hole pattern to the next can be achieved.
7. The workpiece spindle transmission adopts a gap-free connection method, which is maintenance-free, ensuring the transmission accuracy to the extent and controlling the backlash.
